DizzyNails

Are you dizzy with excitement about nail polish?

Okay, so this polish applied just gorgeously.  And my nails in fact did look perfect.  Perfect, I swear!  But by the time I took these pictures the next morning, they somehow looked slightly less than perfect.  I'm not sure why or how.  Please forgive me, Chanel.  Forgive me, peeps.

Two coats.  I think the sun was too harsh for this delicate Russian baby.  Evening sun would have been just divine.

Here are some more gorgeous and perfect Russian babies.  Varekai and Georgia, my two Borzoi baby dogs!  They are among a very small group of persons and things that I love even more than nail polish.

Here they are fighting like crazy lions.  This picture is beyond hilarious since Varekai (on the right below) is the most docile, gentle, cream-puff sweet creature you could ever imagine.  I think Georgia just takes her to a dark, dangerous place.

This one is from almost a year ago, just after we got Georgia.  Look at their pretty little heads and Vare's adorable little rat feet!

My dogs are perfect.  I cannot lie.  *sigh*  That is all.

Your doggies are so cute, and I LOVE that color!

pretty color and pretty pups :)

Very pretty shade on you. I don't own any Chanel's. I just can't see paying that much for colors that I can find that are less expensive. That sounded snooty and I didn't mean to. Is there any shade that is so beautiful and not a dupe from Chanel?

I meant to tell you how beautiful your two dogs are. Are they hard to take care of coat wise?

Your dogs are gorgeous! This particular polish doesn't move me, but I love following your blog. The nfu-oh 60 the other day was very cool.

gildedangel and enamoredenamel- thank you both!

Lucy - I totally understand that. I still can't believe I paid so much for my two. :( You don't sound snooty, it's cool. I'm not sure about un-dupeable colors. For me, I do love my blue Russian a lot. I would also love to get my hands on Kaleidoscopic and Holographic (I think those are the names). My dogs' coats aren't too hard to take care of. I don't brush them as much as I probably should, but at least once or twice a week seems to do okay. :) They also stay very clean for the most part and aren't smelly at all. Some dogs fur is just kind of stinky. I love all dogs, stinky or not, but it's great to have non-stinky ones!

Dorothy - thank you and I'm so happy to hear that you enjoy following my blog! Oh the Nfu-Ohs, they can do no wrong. *sigh*

The colour is gorgeous. And those dogs are so gorgeous and aristocractic looking. Are their coats high maintenance?

Selina - thank you! They are my pretty, perfect girls. ;) At least this is what I tell them. Their coats are not bad at all, no. I don't brush them as much as I probably should, but I do it once or twice a week usually. They do shed, but not terribly. Also, they don't have an undercoat or anything, so their fur is not ridiculously thick (even though Varekai's coat makes her look like a big, poofy, frizzy, bear!). My husband once decided to use a special brush called a Furminator on Varekai, probably just because his friend uses one on his golden retriever. Poor V! He took off half her coat I think. Needless to say I will never let him furminate again!!

your pups are gorgeous! I love borzois and sight hounds in general, I love afghans too, but irish wolfhounds are my absolute FAVORITE. I can't wait til I have a house where I can fit a few of them. :)

This Is Me!

My photo
I love color, beauty, creativity, animals, and being care-free. I'm not care-free, in reality, but would like to think it's an attainable state of being! I do like to bend the rules when it serves a greater purpose and I'm all about being authentic. Here I am, take me or leave me! I suppose I'd call myself a sensitive soul. I think I feel things more deeply and ponder things more thoroughly than your average bear.
