 In this post you are getting two ways to wear Lynnderella Glass Houses!

 The first way I wore it was with Zoya Sloane underneath.  I used two coats of Sloane.

 Sloane is a deep vampy plum color and I love it for reminding me of Ferris Bueller!!

 Let's see, I believe I did two coats of Glass Houses over top.

 The look reminds me a lot of Fall leaves and Halloween candy all at the same time!

 Next is Glass Houses all by itself!

 I don't really imagine that Glass Houses is meant to be worn by itself (not that there are rules in nail polish), but I got the crazy idea to try it anyway!  I'm glad I did.

 I used four coats of it, the last two of which I used a combination of dabbing and painting motions.

 It was not perfectly opaque, but darn near close enough for me.  After I did this mani, I was unsure about it, but it did grow on me very quickly and I quite love it now!

 On top, I used a coat of Gelous, a coat of Pro FX top coat (that was very random of me and I remember why I don't prefer it because the brush is too big and the formula a little gloopy), and another coat of Gelous the following morning.

 It wore well for me for just about three days, which is terrific, and then everything popped off in complete pieces, which is a little disturbing but also good I suppose as I did not have to deal with regular removal, which I'm sure would have been a hassle.

 I wonder if it popped off that way because of my putting another coat of Gelous over everything later on after the Pro FX had dried.  But still, it held on like an iron champ for most of the three days!

 Here are two shamefully bad pictures of China Glaze Wagon Trail.  I used three coats.  The shimmer in it is much much better than you can see here.  It looks mostly black on the nails.

 This is Cult Nails Toxic Seaweed.  I used three coats of polish and two coats of BL top.

 The flakies give off this glorious iridescent haze or duochrome sort of flash, at the right angle.  Wow!

 It's squishy green and packed full of glitter.

 Why did I wait so long to wear this?  Could it possibly BE any more perfect?!

 Consider this a happy little fail.  I used two coats of Illamasqua Eclipse, two coats of Lynnderella When the Moon was a Star, a coat of Instant Artificials, a coat of Glitter Tamer, and finally a coat of Butter London top coat.  Not at all smooth and I had way too many tiny bubbles.  It was still pretty enough that I left it on for three days!!

 This is two coats of Cult Nails Annalicious.

 I'm repeating myself here by saying that these pictures absolutely do not show off the true beauty and shimmery goodness of this magnificent polish!

 I find reds to be pretty difficult to photograph well.

 I have this as my pedicure now, too.  It's just a really lovely cherry red.

 I've had Stone Cold for quite a long time.  Thank goodness I finally wore it!  This is three coats here.

 The polish has really chunky, flakie-like shimmer.  Glass-flecked?  It's absolutely amazing in person.

 Stone Cold is super sparkly, shiny, and metallic looking but my pictures absolutely do nothing to show that!  You really have to see/wear this one in person to appreciate its beauty.

 It also has this terrific depth to it.  It looks blackened beneath the sparkly shimmers.

 This is three coats of Nicole by OPI Just Busta Mauve.

 It's one of the new, Target exclusive colors this Fall.

 It's a really interesting and complex color that is super shimmery and gorgeous.  What on earth, I ask, would you call this color?!  It's not really mauve.

 I love the blue shimmer in it!  It also has a multichrome aspect to it that I find really wonderful.
