Are you dizzy with excitement about nail polish?

 I wore this last year on Christmas day.  I didn't take any pictures of it then, though!
 This is three coats of Deborah Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers.
 You can see teeny bubbles in the top coat, but honestly it was not noticeable in real life.  I think I used too thick of a coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.  I've read that bubbles can occur when too thick of a coat is used.
 Also, I had a heck of a time getting this to dry properly, fully!  I'm wondering if Wicked Fast doesn't agree with Gelous (which I used after the polish and before the WF).  Or maybe it doesn't like Lippmanns?
 It actually all worked out fine in the end, despite my worries and fears.  I'm experimenting more with Wicked Fast after reading so many rave reviews about it.
If I had this one to do over, again, I would have used a coat of Boosh as "underwear," then maybe two coats of Ruby Red Slippers, then my new and improved version of Lynnderella's Glitter Tamer (which is officially AWESOME), and then a careful and thin coat of Wicked Fast.

 It's glittah time!  Here I started with two coats of Eternal END-202.

 The Eternal glitter is sooooo pretty with pale gold and silver.  I wish I had taken a picture of it by itself for you!
 Next, I added a coat of Color Club Gingerbread, for a little extra gold and holo bling.
 Love it!
 And then two coats of Lynnderella Happy Holo-Daze!
 I needed a coat of Gelous after, as well as two coats of Poshe.  It still wasn't quite smooth, but close enough for me.
 My Happy Holo-Daze! is scented!  I know that sounds absolutely bonkers, but I swear to you it's true.
 The smell reminds me a little of Paul & Joe polishes, but not exactly. (I have a cold which does not help.)

I think the fact that mine is scented is likely a mistake and without a doubt SUPER COOL!  My Funny Money turned out to be not scented (and it is supposed to be), so all in all, I feel pretty content.

 This is three coats of TiNS The Gear-Top Traveller.  I am not wearing a top coat here.
 This was meant for a layered mani, but polish tragedy struck, and it did not turn out good at all!  Needless to say, I'm glad that I snapped these progress pictures.
This is one of the more sheer TiNS I've tried, but it still worked out nicely after the third coat.  It's full of rich, golden glitter and magical little blue and holo bits.  I love it!

 Here I started with one perfect, gorgeously opaque and creamy coat of a StrangeBeautiful polish.  It's a stunning tomato red creme.  I don't know which volume this was from.  Ugh.  Sorry!  I don't even care anymore.  But if you must know, I can probably figure it out.
 Then I added two coats of China Glaze Love Marilyn.  Pardon my cuticle oil!
 I had so much fun wearing this.  It was like having jewels on my nails.
 I took some weird pictures indoors with early morning golden sun.  Behold!
 Blingtastic!  But everything is looking too golden.
 If you don't already have Love Marilyn, I highly recommend that you get it.
 Application was easy and the wear was pretty good, too.
Sorry I didn't get better pictures in natural light.  I think, I hope, you get the idea, though!

 I have four coats of Etude House RD010 on my nails right now and I am loving it!
 It must be said that these pictures, while lovely, are simply not doing this polish justice!
 The little twinkly tiny glitters are just so much more alive and breathtaking in real life.
 It's nothing short of magical.  I swear!
 The base in this polish seems to me to be clear.
 Application and dry time were easy and good.
 It's also smooth like glass!
Yet another winning red for the Holidays!

 This is two coats of Cult Nails Quench, a lovely red jelly, with two coats of KleanColor Chunky Holo Scarlet.
 Quench is ever so slightly pink-toned and Chunky Holo Scarlet is obviously not actually holo - the glitter pieces are iridescent and flash red, yellow, orange, and green.
I apologize for the less than amazing pictures!  The sun was setting and I didn't get a chance to take better pictures later as my mani chipped at around 24 hours.  Major bummer!  It definitely reminded me of my previous Essie Ruby Slippers mani, though.  It had that kind of glowy depth and firey beauty.
 Also, it must be said:  KleanColors stink quite literally and I think I may have to give up on them entirely as they do not ever want to fully dry on me!  I used three coats of different quick dry top coats on this mani and while it was top-layer dry very quickly, it remained dent-able and did not completely dry for hours and hours and hours.  Seriously.  Like, more than eight hours.  This is not okay, people!!  It must be a body chemistry thing.  It makes me very sad because I've acquired quite a few lovely KC glitters and shimmers and whatnot.

 Here is Hello Kitty Red Sparkle from the current Noir collection at Sephora.
 I used a base of two coats of Diamond Cosmetics Matte Black and then one generous but not gloppy coat of Red Sparkle.
 I love that Red Sparkle applied so evenly and easily.  That adorable kitty bottle is hard to hold for pictures, though!
 This just continues my current red obsession.  I'm plotting my future red manis, as long as I still enjoy wearing this festive color!  :)
I hope to see more lovely, sparkly and even edgy colors from Hello Kitty.  And by edgy, I mean you, Night Sparkle!  Oh - I don't think I've shown you that one yet.  Here:
This is just a swatch with only one coat!  LOVE it.
