It Is

This is two coats of $OPI Cartwheels on the Catwalk from the Bestey Johnson collection. No scent. Just beautiful dusty blue green.

Is it blue? Is it green? It is. :) I find it looks a little more blue than it does green, in most lighting. I love this color! It makes me think of the ocean.
